Message to Our Customers Regarding Potential Email Vulnerability—November 23, 2018

Springstone Financial, LLC, operating under the brands Springstone Patient Financing, LendingClub Patient Solutions and Your Tuition Solutions, has unfortunately been the victim of a phishing incident. While we have no evidence indicating that any particular information was accessed or acquired, the affected email accounts contained certain personal information about a limited number of people. 

Our customers are our highest priority, and we deeply regret that this occurred. We have worked diligently to contain this incident and enhance the security of our systems. We have posted a website notice and online FAQ to provide additional information and further assist our customers. While we have no evidence of any misuse of the data, we are offering individuals potentially affected by the incident one year of complimentary identity protection services through Experian.
